The location couldn't have been better for exploring the historic boat yard and it was extremely convenient for our family member in a wheelchair. The owner, Paul, provided clear instructions and the living area was spacious for our group of three. Beds and bathrooms were all great. There were also convenient food options nearby, including a mini mart just down the road.

Magnificent and amazing location very close to Portsmouth city centre, and the Gunwharf Quays, as well as Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, and the room was great-sized. I found bar Ship Anson, it was located 1 km from the apartment. Bed was comfy, I had a nice sleep. Appreciated every moment there...

it was perfect place for travelling to portsmouth, i was glad to stay there. the bed was spacious, central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a tv set were useful.

The apartment had a kitchen with a fridge and an oven, perfect for whipping up some delicious meals during our stay. We felt like masters of the culinary world, creating culinary masterpieces with ease.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment for a few nights and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location was ideal, right near the historic boat yard, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. We even had a family member in a wheelchair, and we were able to navigate everywhere with ease. Paul, the owner, provided clear instructions and made the check-in process seamless. The apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. We also appreciated the convenience of having a mini mart just down the road.
